Report narrative

What was reported

On February [XXX], 2026 at 7:31 AM, an AVRIDE autonomous vehicle (the "AVRIDE AV") was in a collision in Dallas, Texas on [XXX] near [XXX]. The AVRIDE AV was parked in the far right lane facing east in autonomous mode on [XXX] waiting to pick up a robotaxi passenger. After the passenger entered the AVRIDE AV, the AVRIDE AV began to move forward in the right lane. As the AVRIDE AV began to move forward, an SUV driving in the left lane next to the AVRIDE AV started to move into the AVRIDE AV's lane in an attempt to move over two lanes simultaneously to park. While attempting this maneuver, the SUV cut off the AVRIDE AV, causing the rear right of the SUV to make contact with the left front of the AVRIDE AV. Both vehicles sustained damage. No injuries were reported.
