What was reported

On March [XXX], 2026 at 1:48 PM, an AVRIDE autonomous vehicle (the "AVRIDE AV") was in a collision in Dallas, Texas at the intersection of [XXX]and [XXX]. The AVRIDE AV was traveling westbound in autonomous mode on [XXX] in the left lane approaching a traffic light at the intersection with [XXX]. The traffic light was changing from red to green as the AVRIDE AV approached the intersection. As the AVRIDE AV approached the intersection, an SUV on [XXX] in the right lane attempted to switch over two lanes and turn left onto [XXX]. This maneuver resulted in the left front of the SUV making contact with the right side of the AVRIDE AV. Both vehicles sustained damage. Both vehicles required a tow. No injuries were reported.
