What was reported

On May [XXX], 2026 at 8:46 AM, an AVRIDE autonomous vehicle (the "AVRIDE AV") was in a collision in Dallas, TX on [XXX] near [XXX]. The AVRIDE AV was traveling northbound on [XXX] in autonomous mode as it approached a hotel parking lot exit located on the left side of the roadway. As the AVRIDE AV proceeded straight ahead in the left lane, a pickup truck exiting the parking lot began making a left turn onto [XXX] without stopping as required before entering the roadway. This maneuver resulted in the right front of the pickup truck making contact with the left front of the AVRIDE AV. Both vehicles sustained damage. No injuries were reported.
