What was reported

On June [XXX], 2026 at 2:13 PM, an AVRIDE autonomous vehicle (the "AVRIDE AV") was in a collision in Dallas, TX at the intersection of [XXX] and [XXX]. The AVRIDE AV was traveling southbound in autonomous mode on [XXX] as it approached the intersection with [XXX], where the traffic signal was flashing red. The AVRIDE AV came to a stop in compliance with the traffic control device. A pickup truck traveling behind the AVRIDE AV failed to stop and struck the rear of the AVRIDE AV. This maneuver resulted in the front of the pickup truck making contact with the rear of the AVRIDE AV. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. No injuries were reported.
