What was reported

On June {xxx}, 2026 at 10:06 PM, an AVRIDE autonomous vehicle (the "AVRIDE AV") was in a collision in Dallas, TX in a parking lot near [XXX]. The AVRIDE AV was traveling northeastbound through the parking lot in autonomous mode as it approached a four-way stop-controlled intersection. The AVRIDE AV came to a complete stop and then proceeded straight having established the right of way. An SUV to its left failed to stop, proceeded into the intersection making a left turn and struck the AVRIDE AV. This maneuver resulted in the right side of the SUV making contact with the front left of the AVRIDE AV. Both vehicles sustained damage. No injuries were reported.
