What was reported
On July [XXX], 2026 at 9:28 AM, an AVRIDE autonomous vehicle (the "AVRIDE AV") was involved in a collision in Dallas, TX on [XXX] near [XXX]. The AVRIDE AV was traveling southeastbound in the left lane on [XXX] in autonomous mode alongside a van traveling in the right lane. As both vehicles proceeded southeastbound, the van initiated an unsafe lane change to the left, striking the AVRIDE AV. This maneuver resulted in the left side of the van making contact with the front right of the AVRIDE AV. Both vehicles sustained damage. No injuries were reported.
