What was reported
On July [XXX], 2026 at 12:20 PM, an AVRIDE autonomous vehicle (the "AVRIDE AV") was involved in a collision in Dallas, TX on [XXX] near [XXX]. The AVRIDE AV was traveling westbound in the left lane on [XXX] in autonomous mode. A passenger car was also traveling westbound slightly ahead of the AVRIDE AV in the right lane. As the AVRIDE AV proceeded straight ahead, the passenger car initiated an unsafe left turn, striking the AVRIDE AV. This maneuver resulted in the left side of the passenger car making contact with the right front of the AVRIDE AV. Both vehicles sustained damage. No injuries were reported.
